Online Ordering
- Choose your item(s) and move to Cart.
- Check out and make payments through EFT.
- All relevant information and guidelines will then be emailed to you regarding your order, this includes how to upload photos.
- We then do the design and proof will be sent to you for approval.
- Once approved, we go ahead with printing.
Email Ordering
- You place a specified order per email
- An invoice will be emailed to your Proof of payment to be email to us
- An order is only confirmed once we have received proof of payment
- All relevant information and guidelines will then be emailed to you regarding your order, this includes how to upload photos.
- We then do the design and proof will be sent to you for approval.
- Once approved, we go ahead with printing.
Terms and Conditions
- Pictures can only be uploaded once an order is placed and payment is confirmed.
- All images to be submitted within 10 days after payment
- Two (2) changes will be done for free after 1st layout, thereafter an additional amount of R150 will be charged for any further changes to layout.
- No refunds after sample design is approved
- Delivery is approximately 14 to 21 days after samples are approved
